Fellowship
Baptist Men - The Baptist Men work to inform, motivate, and involve men and boys in praying for, studying about, and giving to missions, both at home and abroad. They promote and participate in various mission projects and work toward helping others develop spiritually a missions lifestyle. They meet one Saturday a month and organize other special events for the church such as outings, fellowships and outreach projects such as Christmas and Thanksgiving food baskets. Baptist Women - The Baptist Women work to inform, motivate and involve women and girls in praying for, studying about and giving to missions both at home and abroad. They meet the 3rd Saturday of each month and organize special events such as the Women's Retreat and the Ladies Tea. They also do joint projects with the Baptist Men such as the Christmas and Thanksgiving food baskets. Currently, a mentorship program is being developed to provide support to young girls in our church and community.
Culinary Ministry - the Culinary ministry provides and coordinates meals for churchwide events, funerals and other special events at the church. Leader - Freddie Lee
Homebuilders - Open to all married couples. The Homebuilders promote Christian families and marriage based on Biblical principles. The Homebuilders have monthly activities, attend annual marriage conferences and provide a support system to help strengthen homes and families. Leaders - Daniel and Marnita Carroll
Jolly Elders - Open to all adults age 55 and over. The Jolly Elders meet every Tuesday at 10:30 a.m. for exciting Bible study, fellowship, and refreshments. Once a month the Jolly Elders go out for lunch. They group also takes occasional day trips and sponsor other travel opportunity. The Jolly Elders help with projects when called upon by the church. Single Adult Ministry - Singles getting together for fellowship, fun, ministry and spiritual growth. Monthly activities for everyone usually on the second Saturday. The Singles also sponsor a summit every September. Open to all. Leader - Kim Harley
"H.I.P" (Holy Inspired People)Youth Ministries - Youth ages 13 to 18 meet Wednesdays from 7:00 to 8:30 pm. Our youth are active in all areas of ministry including ushering, children's church, Bible School and they bring the children's message during the Sunday morning worship service. Group meets every 4th Friday of the month from 7 - 10 pm for a fellowship event. Location for these activites will vary.Leader - E.J. Chapman
